Far too many hot sauces in the world sacrifice flavor for heat. They slap the hottest peppers they can find into some vinegar, bottle ’em up and call it a day.

At Dragon Fire Alchemy, we go a different direction.
We choose only the freshest, finest ingredients to make our sauces and then we ferment them as long as it takes to get that deep flavor profile.
Only then do we begin the process of aging each of our hot sauces for a minimum of 90 days before bottling. This ensures nuanced, layered flavors to go along with the heat.

Dragon Fire Alchemy sauces are lovingly prepared in small batches right here in Texas to ensure the highest quality, best tasting sauces anywhere. Once you try one, you’ll be hooked!

Although we are actively working on our commercial kitchen, we are currently operating under Texas Cottage Law.
